We booked at 2 PM, but hadn't realised check-in closed at 3 PM that same day. We were 1 hour and 40 minutes late, and had spoken with the owner by phone to explain we were 150 km away. When we got there, an email was waiting saying the reservation had been rejected and our money wouldn't be refunded. She never called us, and didn't answer the phone either. Disgraceful. Avoid, it was horrible.

We booked at around 2 PM, with check-in only until 3 PM. We told the property we were still 150 km away, and they said they'd get back to us, so we hurried over. Once we arrived, nobody answered the phone. Then we saw an email rejecting the booking and keeping the full payment. Horrible and shameful!

There was complimentary breakfast and coffee. The home was very clean, practical, and comfortable for the whole family, with what we needed to enjoy lunches with the kids. It's close to Game Stop in the mall, and to Decathlon. The airport is a 20-minute walk away.

The receptionist gave us a free ride from the airport, and the customer service was both friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful, with a big choice of quality herbal teas and infusions. The beds were heated, and cooking facilities were available. Many thanks.
