The customer service was horrible, absolutely horrible. On our last day, we were ready to leave but found our car boxed in by vehicles in front and behind it. We called the manager, who did nothing. After honking until the other driver came out, we politely asked him to move, but he refused. We called the manager again to come sort it out, and they never showed. We had to handle the whole situation ourselves, even though we don't speak Italian. We eventually called the police and got it resolved. The manager still never came; instead, nosy residents turned up and wouldn't mind their own business. The people there also seem to have a problem with tourists, so watch out.

This is a residential building in a convenient, though not outstanding, location. The walk back from the city center at night felt a bit sketchy. Since there are several apartments at the same address, the listing photos don't always match the unit. We booked for the terrace and view, but got neither, and the place was really dark. There was a parking lot right outside the rooms, too. It's a place that needs more cleaning: when I moved a bed, I found a layer of dust and dirt underneath. The little details could be much better.

It took about 15 minutes to get to the center of Olbia. The apartment was very good and clean, with towels, soap, and enough cutlery. Thanks for having us.

There was free parking, and the location was great. The apartment had all the amenities and could accommodate up to five adults. We had an amazing stay.

There were ants everywhere, and the place wasn't clean. We've stayed in places that cost half as much and were much better.
