Intra Rooms

Self check-in was easy, and the host was good to communicate with. The room is in a calm street right in the city centre, though parking could be tricky. The room with its own bathroom was lovely, very clean, well kept and equipped with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable, and there were two kinds of pillows. And to clear up one comment here, nobody asks for your payment card's CVC code.

Just off the main high street, the place is on a quieter road, but all the local shops, bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away on foot. The room was lovely, and I had one of the best night's sleep in ages because the bed was so comfortable. The bath is large enough for two, with good-smelling bath and shower products, lots of towels, a robe for each guest and even slippers. There's also a shared space where you can make tea or coffee. I'd recommend it.

I was told to send my card details over WhatsApp to pay a deposit a week before arrival. That felt unsafe and very unprofessional. I offered safer ways to pay, but they turned them all down. When I didn't confirm the day before whether I would be staying in the room, they resold it. Then they messaged me bragging that they'd made twice the money. Honestly unbelievable. Worst booking experience of my life.

It's within walking distance of both the train station and the city centre. The accommodation has a lovely charm, the mattress was really comfortable, and my room was very clean. I'd stay here again when I come back to Olbia and can definitely recommend it.
