La Casa Del Pittore was our base for an incredible visit to Olbia, and Alessandra was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to help, including with delicious restaurant recommendations. The location is just off the main street, with everything you need close at hand. We slept well in a very comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked extremely well, and breakfast was superb. We took bus No4 from Olbia to Pittulongu beach one day and Bados beach another day. You can buy tickets at tabacco shops. Bados was our favourite. We had a tasty lunch overlooking the beach at BarBados. In Olbia, we ate at Cosimino for seafood and Fregula, Diciosas for a cutting board, Tierra La Rue for pizza, My Bar for what we thought was the best Octopus sandwich, and Ristorante da Paolo for traditional Sardinian food, including Sardinian dumplings. Our favourite cocktail bar was Mint Julep. Hotel Centrale on the main street was a fun place to watch the world go by, with live music most evenings. La Casa Del Pittore really is a gem, and we'll come back one day. Thanks so much, Alessandra, for your hospitality.

Alessandra and Marcus made the stay feel easy, helping arrange tours and rental cars and responding quickly whenever we needed something. Breakfast was included, and they could store our bags after checkout. The place itself was cozy and felt genuine, right in the center on a quiet street, with an upstairs kitchen guests can use and a rooftop deck. I’d recommend it.

Alexandra really made the stay. She was warm and caring, and tuned in to what guests needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was fantastic. It’s a peaceful spot right in the heart of town. Highly recommended!

The host was such a friendly, helpful presence, especially with restaurant and sightseeing tips. We also had use of a communal kitchen stocked with everything we could need. Our room was lovely, light, stylish, and comfortable, and the modern shower room was spotless. The place is right next to san paulo, with a rooftop terrace that catches the sun and has the best view of san paulo.

Right in the heart of Olbia, yet tucked away on a really quiet street close to the main one. The B&B was smart, clean, and just about perfect. It would be hard to find a better one, and meeting kind-hearted Alessandra was a pleasure.
