Maria was kind and helpful. She doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate on WhatsApp. The apartment had what we needed, including air conditioning, a coffee maker and fridge, and we could also use the microwave and kitchen tools. Breakfast was delicious, with croissants and fresh coffee. I liked that the room was cleaned every day. We had a great few days and would love to return. The key was in a box by the entrance, and the code we'd agreed on WhatsApp let us get in whenever we arrived. The highway is nearby, and the city centre is a 5-10 minute drive away. We could park for free in the yard or on the street. There was nowhere to wash and dry clothes, and no hanger in the bathroom.

It was a shame I couldn't try breakfast, since I thought it looked really excellent. This is a welcoming place with private parking, and it's fairly quiet, though a little out of the way from Olbia. I'd recommend it to people travelling by motorcycle. There's a takeaway pizzeria and an excellent restaurant just a few metres away.

The room itself wasn't bad, but the night was very unpleasant and I don't understand the positive reviews. You can hear everything people say in the next room because the walls are plasterboard. Several things were broken, and when I told the owner, they made an excuse and nothing got fixed. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it. I'd say it's worth 40 euros a night at most, but it costs more than twice that.
