La Promenade

The host was warm and helpful, and we had a great time. There’s a fantastic terrace with a view, too. The apartment is bright and has everything you need, close to both the city centre and a supermarket. Just be aware that it’s also near a noisy main road.

The only drawback was a bit of humidity in the air, especially in the bathroom, so the air conditioning needed to be on constantly. Otherwise, I had a good stay and will most likely return. I stayed one night, from November 13th to 14th. The recently built or renovated property has a welcoming, modern high-tech feel and sits close to the historic center, with its shops and services. The port is about a 30-minute walk away. From the entrance, you pass through a hallway to the stairs leading up to the rooms. I was in room 6, which had a lovely, spacious terrace with a small table, two chairs, and a clothesline. The room itself was small but intimate and elegant. It had programmable air conditioning, a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, refrigerator with two bottles of water, towels in various sizes, a small table, and TV. The private bathroom was compact but comfortable, with a spacious new shower. The owner was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. I recommend it.

On my third stay at La Promenade, I still think the location is fantastic. It’s right on Olbia's seafront, and the busy center and historic church of San Simplicio are each about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and, above all, clean. The price feels fair for what you get. There’s no private parking, but I had no trouble finding a spot.
