Le Residenze del Centro

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free, thanks to clear, simple instructions through Booking. There’s public parking a short walk away.

I already knew which part of Olbia I wanted to stay in, and this apartment was perfectly placed, right in the center but off the noisier streets. Check-in was quick and easy. My first room had a lovely terrace, though its bathroom was tiny. The second room had a strange, unpleasant smell, and there were so many dead insects by the balcony door that I cleaned the floor myself when I arrived. A kind of mosquito was everywhere, especially in that room, which made the place feel poorly cared for and not clean enough. I could also hear EVERYTHING going on in the other rooms. 😖

Modern, clean apartments in a handy spot in the town center. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the airport isn’t far. The rooms are roomy, the bathrooms are lovely, and everything was tidy. I’d definitely recommend them.

Two days before we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our booking and we’d have to switch apartments. We’d reserved two bedrooms, two beds, and a terrace above ground level, but the replacement had just one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. They said the price would be lower. When we got there, the apartment was on the ground floor, with all the windows at street level. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and smelled strongly of tobacco. Now they say it’s impossible to refund the original booking.
