Good room and good location. The catch is the very late check-in, since there’s no reception area, and checkout is early, at 10 am.

It’s close to pretty much everything in Olbia, including shops, restaurants, bars, and the train station. But the place is listed as a “Hotel” on one of the leading booking sites, and it isn’t one, so we were surprised and went looking for a reception at check-in. Our first-floor room had such weak water pressure that I used the little toilet bin as a bucket for flushing. The WiFi was unavailable during our stay. For what you get, it’s too pricey, especially with no breakfast included or even basics in the room like coffee, tea, or an electric kettle.

The location is perfect, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is big. There’s a good restaurant on the first floor too. Everything you need for a nice holiday. Totally recommend.

The atmosphere is refined, the cuisine exquisite, and the staff attentive and incredibly kind. Prices are very reasonable too. Hard to ask for more! We’ll definitely come back on our next Sardinia holiday, and next time well before our ferry to Genoa :-p...
