There’s a nice saltwater pool inside the village, and the location faces the protected marine area of Tavolara, which is well worth seeing. The sea is beautifully clear, though the beach may not be as white as you might imagine for Sardinia. It’s a windy spot, so it won’t suit you if you dislike a lot of breeze. This is a nice resort run by Veratour, with a young, enthusiastic team organizing activities. In high season, check-in can be very slow and you may wait hours for your room to be ready and cleaned. Meals are plentiful and offer enough variety, with quality that’s acceptable but not consistently great. I’d give it three stars. There’s plenty of unrealized potential that still needs work, though it could make for a worthwhile vacation.
