The beaches are just a minute’s walk away, with more stretches of beach connected on either side. We even walked 2.5 km each way in the morning to cafeteria de nonna for a delicious croissant before going down to the water. Olbia is 7 km away, and San teodoro is a 19-minute drive. Our room was clean and the service was great. I booked through booking for three nights and mistakenly thought I’d chosen a room with a kitchen, but I hadn’t read the description carefully. Lovely Marina gave us a free upgrade, so do check the details before booking. Towels and sheets cost an extra $12 per person. There’s also a $300 credit card security deposit. About five hours after checkout, I got a WhatsApp message with a “storno” receipt. It was a pending charge, and after they checked the room for damage, they cancelled it quickly. Sardegna has a special place in my heart. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the beaches are only a minute’s walk away. It’s a quiet area, with restaurants and shops about a five-minute drive away. A great low-cost apartment option.

It was hard to reach, and our experience with my family was awful. I’d accidentally booked one room for two people, then arrived with my partner and our 16-month-old baby, who had a fever. They wouldn’t let the three of us stay in that room. We couldn’t afford another option, so after a lot of paperwork, all written out by hand, we left. The employee said their “administration” would review what happened and refund some money. From booking to leaving took only two hours, including a 20-minute wait for the employee to arrive and an hour of discussion, so we hadn’t really occupied the room. I emailed the “administration” afterward, but never got the money back or another reply. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

A super relaxing beach.

The apartments are lovely and well equipped, and the natural airflow kept things comfortable enough that we finally didn’t need air conditioning. The only downside was having just one week of vacation! It’s a wonderful spot, surrounded by the sparse Sardinian vegetation and overlooking a quiet beach with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Everything was very clean and cared for, thanks to Marina, who’s so sweet and always available if you need information. I’d love to come back very soon ❤️
