Residence Porto Rotondo 3

I came for a sports event and reached the apartment late. It took us 20 minutes to find it, even with help from people who knew the residence, because there was no map or directions. Inside it was 16 degrees. There were no blankets on the double bed, so I had to get three from a cupboard, and the heater didn't work. We had no hot water that evening or the first morning because the boiler was unplugged and also needed a button pressed. The hair dryer was broken, there was no WiFi code, and no information sheet with the basics. The place itself is great. I visited last October and enjoyed the pool, but the way guests are welcomed needs work, especially outside the summer season. How can people be received like this?

The evenings are especially nice when the pool lights come on and change color. It's a lovely pool for guests staying in the rooms, though you need a permit to use it. The location is beautiful, just a few steps from the sea, the port and several squares. I love the aquamarine-blue look of the beautiful rooms, since blue is my favorite color. The staff are very friendly and listen, and they're almost always available and efficient.

The apartments are ideal for couples or families with one or more children, set among trees and greenery. The location is just right, near both the sea and the city. And the Sardinian sea is... It's one of the most beautiful places in the world, so any adjective would feel inadequate.

We're back for a second year in a row. The service has improved a lot, and the receptionists pay attention to what you need and are ready to help with any request. The apartments are basic but comfortable.
