The reception staff were friendly, but the place felt outdated, remote and poor value for the money. They charged for everything, including entertainment, which apparently was mandatory even though we didn't use it, as well as towels and air conditioning. The air conditioning had a mind of its own: set it to 20 and it would end up at 28.

The apartments are a long way from the city center, and ours was old, neglected and dirty. They charged extra for entertainment, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels, and access to the common areas. Basic things were missing too, including dish soap, kitchen towels, a sponge and a dustpan. It was a pretty negative stay.

For anyone wanting to stay around Rena Bianca, the location works well. It doesn't feel especially well placed for exploring the Costa Smeralda, though. The residence could do with renovation, but it's functional and efficient.

I booked through Expedia and Trivago and paid €62 on arrival, then another €80 for cleaning and other things that hadn't been mentioned when I booked. They had the wrong booking date, and the room wasn't ready. There were no sheets or towels, so I made the bed myself. Never again.
