The courtyard and wide sea view really stood out, and the rooms were just as spacious as they looked online. I liked the mix of a traditional Sardinian home and the modern features. Villa Smeralda is right by the sea, and it made a great base for discovering Sardinia. We had a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We'd love to return. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms, and the place is furnished in real luxury. It's peaceful and beautifully set right beside the sea.

Roberto made us feel very welcome and was kind, helpful, full of good advice, and always available. We had a dream holiday here in Sardinia and plan to come back. The garden opens straight onto the beach, and the house is so peaceful, with beautiful views and sunrises right from inside. It has three bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, barbecue, jacuzzi, outdoor seating, and loungers, and is very well equipped. The villa is in a nature reserve, around 10-15 minutes by car from central Olbia, with a supermarket about five minutes away. Thanks again for everything, Roberto. Balto, Alexandre & Coraline 🫶

Roberto gave us such a warm welcome, and was attentive, available, and generous with advice. The villa's position right above the water feels magical, with the sea view and nowhere closer to the shore. It's a calm, relaxing spot. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.
