The apartment is roomy and remodeled, with clean sheets, but the area is very average. Beaches, restaurants, and nightlife are about 30 minutes away. Supermarkets and quick food are close by. The trash problem mentioned in other reviews is real.

The rooms were nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked. But the place hadn't been cleaned properly and was dirty. We asked the staff to deal with it, and they came back to “clean,” but the job still wasn't done right. There was dirty water in the bidet, which they only removed, and the toilet didn't look clean either. I also didn't find the staff very polite or willing to help customers.

The apartment was roomy, modern, and much as described. We had a large balcony where we could dry clothes and have meals, though the view wasn't especially nice. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fairly new mattress and pillows were comfortable. With a car, the freeway is just minutes away. Parking was free in the garage below the building and outside across from it. The main disappointment was the host service. We had to ask four times for more toilet paper, even though it would have been easy to leave more than three rolls for the number of days and guests, or to tell us ahead of time that we could collect it from the host's office. One night a nearby bar was very loud, sounding like it was having karaoke. Public transport is difficult if you rely on it. Around 8 p.m., there are no good options, so you have to walk 35 minutes from the city center through areas that felt sketchy and dark. There was mold in the shower and rusty equipment, as well as a bad smell from the bedroom AC. Sometimes it smelled strongly of sweet chemicals, and sometimes there was no odor. The staff offered to call a handyman, but we declined the next day when the smell had gone away. It came back after we canceled, so we gave up. There were also empty water bottles in the hallway and a garage full of trash, making it look abandoned. That's the least of the issues, but I wanted to mention it. We've stayed in much worse places, but also in much better ones. I'd advise the staff to put more effort into customer care, since it would pay off. Fixes like the loose toilet and rusty shower equipment shouldn't cost much.

We had a great stay. The place was quiet and about a 30-minute walk from the city center. Our rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, and the front desk guys were friendly and helpful every time we needed them. We can definitely recommend it for a visit to Olbia.
