Thanks, Pietro, for a lovely stay and for the tips about Como. The rooms and terrace were great, and the owner was friendly.

We had a lovely apartment in a beautiful old building. Our host was sweet and ready to help with anything. It was wonderful to spend a few nights here.

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. We were treated so kindly and had a great time. I’d happily come back.

I made a mistake with my Booking.com reservation, and they wouldn’t refund me because the error was mine. The gentlemen at Corte dell'Uva, though, were incredibly kind and took it upon themselves to give me a full refund. They could easily have ignored the situation and kept the 130 euros. I haven’t stayed in their rooms, but their honesty deserves 10 stars. I’m very grateful.

The owners were attentive without hovering, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty to eat. Our room and bed were comfortable, and parking in the courtyard was very convenient. The setting is magnificent, from the sumptuous building and terrace to the inner courtyard. You can hear some noise from the neighboring street, and a car seems advisable for exploring the area. Those two small things didn’t affect my 5-star rating. A big thank you for the stay!
