We found the host very friendly and helpful, and always easy to reach on WhatsApp. The apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped, in a prime spot in the quieter village of Onno. Beach bars and boat rentals are right in front, but stay quiet and feel like a nice addition to the stay. Just plan on a 10-15 minute drive to get to a supermarket.
We loved our stay a few weeks ago. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, and the lady was great with suggestions. With little kids, it was a real help that they set up baby gates. The upstairs hot tub and terrace were lovely, especially for evening drinks, though the easy access to the tub and the exposed pool did make it a bit child unfriendly. I couldn't work out how to drain the tub, but I'm sure I could have asked. The Wi-Fi gave us some trouble, so I used my own data.
Check-in and check-out were exceptionally smooth, and bars and restaurants are nearby. It's a lovely luxury stay on Lake Como and a great starting point for exploring, with the ferry stop only a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommend.
A dream of a place!
A lovely spot to relax in the garden and take in the magnificent view. I'm enchanted by this beautiful lakefront house, which feels comfortable, warm, and welcoming. I'll be back soon! 😊 It's also handy for skiing, with Piani di Bobbio just 15 minutes away.
