I was supposed to check in from 15:00, but couldn’t get in until 18:00. There was nobody at the property to help, and the assistance number connected me to a woman who wasn’t at the hotel. They said the token machine wasn’t working, but did nothing to fix it. I waited three hours in front of it with all my belongings, and no staff showed up. An extremely poor place. It feels like they’re trying to make money without having anyone available at any time of day.

The apartment was a huge disappointment. Customer support was terrible, cleanliness was poor, and neither the air conditioning nor the Wi-Fi worked. There’s no good reason to stay here when there are other places in the area with much better reviews and support. It seems the place used to be nice, but a lack of maintenance and customer care is making it worse by the day. I really wouldn’t recommend it, and I’m extremely disappointed.

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large room, a balcony, and a bathroom with a bidet. There’s a parking space, but you need to reserve it when booking. Check-in and check-out are self-service through a kiosk at the entrance. I didn’t see the point of booking online when the kiosk still asked me to scan my documents again.
