We stayed for three nights in late September to early October 2024, with our family of four, and had a wonderful time. We booked the “Papavero” room, which isn’t huge but was spacious enough for all of us. Since it was the end of the season, we had no neighbors and enjoyed complete privacy, stunning views, and a lovely sense of calm. The landscaping is top-notch and we liked walking around the property. Although the season was nearly over, we were lucky with the weather and got to use the pool and visit nearby beaches like Feniglia. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is convenient for small towns with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches. It might feel different in midsummer, but our early autumn stay was delightful. We’d definitely come back.

Simona made us feel at home from the moment she welcomed us, and was warm and helpful throughout. Every need was handled with care and courtesy. We spent our family summer vacation at Colle Oliveto, relaxing by the pool, going for walks, and exploring nearby villages and restaurants that Simona recommended. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and green hills, in a beautiful, convenient spot close to the sea and lovely inland towns. The property is thoughtfully designed in a simple, elegant style that fits the natural setting. It’s a great place for a peaceful holiday and for exploring the area and having an authentic experience. We recommend Colle Oliveto for a relaxing break in the beautiful Maremma.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the farmhouse with our 10-month-old baby. The staff were all so courteous, and we appreciated their kindness and availability. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a picturesque view. We loved the pool and the many places to relax, and it felt like an immersive stay in the Tuscan countryside just steps from the sea. Our delightful apartment had everything we needed for a peaceful visit. We hope to see you again soon. Francesco, Chiara, and Mia

It felt right at home here, thanks to Simona’s kindness. The farmhouse is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with birds singing and hares wandering through the meadow. The pool is gorgeous, and our room had every comfort. The jam and freshly picked strawberries were delicious. Thank you for everything. Simonetta and Luciano
