Breakfast is included, though it’s only sweet. The garden is big, with things for kids, a kitchen where you can make simple meals, and a great outdoor shower. It’s fairly near a busy street, so you hear cars. Not too bad, but it isn’t especially quiet.

We felt right at home here with our group of fishermen. The B&B is surrounded by nature and animals, and the owner is a wonderful person who was ready to meet any request.

There’s a green area around the comfortable room, with all the amenities. The owner is cheerful and very kind, and even let us have a barbecue with friends.

We loved Mr. Mario’s beautiful home enough to come back twice in June. It feels more like a welcoming home than a B&B. He lives upstairs, with four bedrooms on the ground floor and an outdoor porch furnished with benches and tables. There’s also a handy outdoor kitchenette for lunch or dinner. You’ll want a car to get to the beach, but Orbetello, Giannella, and Feniglia are only five minutes away by car. It’s also a great starting point for seeing the Maremma.

Mario’s hospitality made the stay a pleasure. He’s kind, helpful, and lovely to chat with, and breakfast was excellent. The place is beautiful and easy to reach, with a good location for visiting Argentario.
