Borgo Venecca

Daniel was efficient, available, and attentive to every detail, while Mary was always ready to help with a warm smile. The whole staff were kind and dedicated, and made both the teachers and students feel at home throughout the week. We were a team of teachers accompanying students on a school trip, and spent a wonderful week at Borgo Venecca near Fonteblanda. The spacious, clean, tastefully furnished rooms were comfortable after full days of activities. We also enjoyed the well-kept garden and pool, where we could relax and spend time together. The setting is peaceful yet close to the sea, charming villages, and key attractions, making it convenient for work and leisure while exploring southern Tuscany. As a group, we highly recommend this well-managed, comfortable, authentically Tuscan place for individuals or groups.

Medical reasons have brought my travels to an end, but I still dream about my fantastic times in southwest Tuscany and at La Venecca. I'm from Sarasota, Florida, and I've stayed there many times because I love the location, amenities, and staff. It's a newer property with a lot to offer, and works well for couples, solo travelers, and families. I liked it enough to look into staying for the whole season. Xo

We stayed as a group of four and really liked the place. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is great, and everything was clean and friendly. Daniel at reception was especially helpful. We'd love to come back.
