Mauro and Paola made our week unforgettable, with a generosity that's hard to match. They helped sort out a punctured tyre and get us around while it was being fixed, invited us to dinner, shared advice on the best crags, and even took us climbing so they could photograph us on some iconic routes. They were wonderful people throughout. The B&B itself was a joy: a large, clean, comfortable bedroom, a kitchen set up for cooking, and welcoming shared areas where we could unwind. Breakfast was delicious and catered for my gluten allergy. There were lots of climbing guidebooks and helpful tips. The mountain views were beautiful, the street was quiet, and Mauro and Paola struck a lovely balance between being attentive and giving us room to relax. Thank you both for a fabulous week. This is the best B&B I've ever stayed in.

We loved having Paula and Mauro as hosts. They're accommodating and know the area well, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen and living room were well equipped, too. The house sits close to nature in a lovely, authentic Italian town, making it a great base for biking and climbing. Finale Ligure is about a 15-minute drive away. Grazie mille Paula, Mauro, Gabi e Mini!

We spent nine days here with 11 friends, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had three rooms: one private double, another with two double beds and a single, and a third with a double and two singles. The B&B has several rooms, so it works well for groups and families. One of our highlights was dinner with the family, all cooked by Paola. We shared red wine made by their father. On our early departure, Mauro was up at 6 a.m. making coffee and sent us off with bread and panettone from Paola. Orco Figlino is within walking distance of lots of climbing crags, and it's a good starting point for hikes and bike rides. There are three parking spots at the B&B, a real help since parking in Orco Figlino can be tricky when you visit for the day. Paola, Mauro and Gabi are such lovely hosts, friendly, patient and very hospitable. We had an amazing time. Grazie mille Paola e Mauro

The climbing area is an easy walk away, and the region is stunning. We had an extraordinary stay with extraordinary hosts.
