Locanda Jannas

The hosts were very friendly, and Jannas is a lovely facility with a great mountain view. My wife and I stayed two nights, hoping to unwind somewhere remote, and it certainly is in the middle of nowhere. The nearest villages are at least 15 minutes away, though, and there weren't any hikes nearby. Driving to the canyon entrance takes an hour. We expected more from dinner and breakfast based on the pictures, although the cake was really good. It was a nice stay, just not quite what we expected.

Great hosts, and a wonderful romantic spot surrounded by nature and historic places. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation, and the hosts were great!

We only stayed one night at Jannas, and it was hard to leave. Locals recommended this little family hotel, tucked away in the Sardinian mountains. The valley and hillside views are sweeping, and the stone buildings and rustic feel give it a truly authentic agriturismo atmosphere. The rooms are stone-built, with traditional Sardinian decor that's simple, warm, and thoughtfully done. Dinner is homemade, three courses, with cheeses from nearby farms and meat from animals raised on the surrounding slopes. You can taste the difference, and breakfast was just as good. The family really cares about your stay and made us feel welcome. Life seems to slow down here. A lovely choice for quiet and a real taste of Sardinian culture.
