2/10
I had a very disappointing stay at this B&B. The room looked straight onto the street, and its only window was an old wooden door that did nothing to block traffic noise. The bathroom was visibly dirty when I arrived, with clear signs of poor upkeep. Worse, the walls had mold and damp patches, and there was an unpleasant smell. That seems especially concerning for anyone with asthma or respiratory allergies. I can't recommend this place to people who need even basic comfort or have health concerns. It needs serious cleaning and renovation before it can feel welcoming.

10/10
The room was spacious, with a large bedroom and a really roomy bathroom, and it was very clean. The location is strategic, so you can walk easily to Oria's beautiful historic center and get to the beach areas without trouble. Thanks to Alessandro for being so kind and helpful. Everything was fantastic!

Everything was gorgeous. Five stars hardly covers it! I recommend it.
