The kitchen is available to use, and the sea is very close. The bedroom was beautiful, and the bathroom looked new. Highly recommended!

A good place, close to the sea.

We were unlucky, unfortunately. The room was very clean, with fresh sheets, comfortable pillows, and plenty of power outlets. The showerhead was good, and there were two bottles of water and two coffee pods per room in the kitchen. That’s about where the positives end. We checked ourselves in using WhatsApp instructions for collecting the key and getting into the room, without any particular trouble. The entrance, opposite the gate, opens into a shared living room and kitchen. We had the Torregrande room. It was tiny, barely enough space for our suitcases, with no bedside tables or chairs. There was a closet that was awkward to open because the suitcase wouldn’t fit, plus a big bedside table with a mirror near the terrace door, which was shared with another room. It was a real mess when that door was open. Some wooden slats were missing from the terrace’s second shutter, so people outside could see everything. You couldn’t really stay in your underwear, and although there’s a curtain to close off the entrance, with the heat it was practically impossible to breathe. The shower door wouldn’t close properly, and our first shower flooded the bathroom. One of the shower towels had a hole, though they did give us fresh towels the next day. At night there was constant noise from the water refilling and the fan, and the rooms aren’t soundproof at all. We called the owner to point out the problems. He apologized by waiving the tourist tax, €4 total for two people for two nights, though honestly we didn’t mind paying it. We would have much preferred a room change, but all the rooms were occupied. A few repairs and more attention to detail would help. More than anything, guests should be told about these little issues so they can take precautions.

The shared kitchen was easy to use, with a coffee machine and free pods. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The property sits in central Torre Grande on the street parallel to the seafront, with the beach a couple of minutes away. There’s a bar across the road for breakfast or a bite to eat, and free parking is easy to find along the street. We booked late in the afternoon for that same evening and the WhatsApp instructions made self check-in simple. Great value, definitely recommend.
