The terrace with its table and chairs was lovely, and I enjoyed the bookcase with its interesting books. The location is excellent, in a quiet area with plenty of shops and services nearby. Parking is right outside if you're driving. The apartment was very nice and practical. We found almost everything we needed, including in the kitchen. It was spotless, and the rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned. Special thanks to Mr. Mario, a genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful host. I highly recommend it for a holiday in Oristano and the surrounding area. We stayed in August. I booked it through Airbnb.

The balcony was a real highlight. There's no beach view, just nature, but it's large, shady, and breezy. You can even put out a clothes rack and have breakfast outside. The place is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The location is great, quiet, and within walking distance of the town center and several restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, including two loungers and a parasol for the beach. It has mosquito nets throughout, working air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a great bed, and a bathroom that's spacious enough. Mario is very helpful, though communicating with him in English alone may be difficult. Italian would be better.
