Set in the centre, this is an old building with modern rooms, close to restaurants and the old town. The rooms look nice, but they’re poorly insulated. Street and car noise, along with sounds from the corridor and other rooms, kept me awake. I could even hear people talking and walking past. There’s no parking underneath, despite what was advertised, and parking isn’t free. You need to pay for a spot around 300-400m away, since the building is in a pedestrian area. That seems fairly common in Sardinia. The host tried to help by text, but check-in is by door code and no one was there in person.

The flat is in a great location, close to the landmarks and lovely cafes, with a supermarket just across the street. Our room was clean and modern, with a huge TV and Netflix for relaxing in the evening. The host was wonderful and helped with everything, including recommendations, and even lent us a beach umbrella for the day. Parking took some effort, but she suggested options. We ended up finding spaces on Viale Armando Diaz, about a 6-minute walk away. We’d recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

After a long day out exploring, the bathtub in the upgraded best one-bedroom apartment in the city was just what I needed. The host was lovely and accommodating, and I’d definitely stay again. Best host and apartment in the city. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

We stayed for two days in room #5, which had its own balcony and bathroom. The room was lovely in style, very clean, and smelled great. Right in the city centre, but the surrounding area was quiet, and finding free parking nearby was easy. The friendly host and the room’s cleanliness were real highlights. Highly recommended, enjoy!

Sissy was lovely, quick to respond and incredibly helpful. She even found us a mechanic on August 15th in Italy! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, with a parasol for the lovely Sardinian beaches, which I’d never found at a place before. It’s right in the heart of Oristano, steps from shops and the best restaurants. There are free white-lined parking spaces all around, and we had no trouble parking even in the middle of August. There’s a coffee machine on-site and lots of places to sit on the terraces at the foot of the building. You can book with confidence. ❤️
