Everything else was very good or okay, and the service impressed me, as long as guests know how to behave normally. The food needs work, though. I spent the whole week having the dinner buffet, and the amount of food and number of courses aren't what make people happy; quality comes first. From a chef's point of view, I think the improvements should be easy to make. When pasta and fish are served buffet-style, the pasta gets drowned in butter and the fish dries out. Fresh onions at the salad bar and better breakfast coffee would help too. Come on, you're in Italy, even if it is Sardenia. The coffee at the poolbar is much better, for example. Sorry to be so honest, and I hope this helps. Wifi in the rooms would also be a good investment.
