We got a fantastic apartment, loads of space and everything we needed, even a washing machine. It’s very quiet there. Parking is available a one-minute walk from the building, and the pool and restaurant are three minutes away on foot.

It’s in a good location in a quiet area. The apartment is fine, but a bit small, and the main living room, which also has the American-style kitchen, has two beds in it. Watch out for extra costs and taxes that aren’t included in the rental contract. I wouldn’t rent it again.
You have to check in at the hotel 200m away. At the apartment we were charged extra, 30 EUR for electricity and 5eur tax, even though the website didn’t mention these fees. They also insisted on a 150eur cash deposit and wouldn’t take a card, so we had to make a special ATM trip to withdraw the 150 EUR. There’s no cockerel or wine glasses in the apartment, and you have to take the garbage out yourself. Self check-in and self check-out aren’t possible. Parking could be a problem because there are too many customers and not enough spaces. I can’t recommend it.
For us, the apartment was perfect overall: it’s spacious and has a basic kitchen, washing machine, outdoor patio and parking, and the city center is a short walk away. Check-in was straightforward at the nearby hotel, where the woman helping us was very professional and spoke excellent English. Others have mentioned the €150 deposit, but it’s clearly stated on Booking.com. It’s true that the two beds in the living room take up most of the space and feel a little odd if you’re only two people. The only real complaint was a faint moldy smell at first, and our sheets were damp. We had to hang them out on the patio to dry. 🤷♀️
We paid for electricity, with linen charged separately at €5 per day in low season. The apartments are new, with very good interiors and hard, comfortable beds, but there’s no microwave, toaster or elevator. The shared outdoor areas are basically nonexistent, poorly maintained and overgrown with weeds. Check-in is at the Maria Rosaria hotel, two streets away and next to the apartments. I arrived tired late at night, and the receptionist on 6 October 2025 was unpleasant and showed no empathy. They insisted that the deposit had to be in cash, repeatedly saying in English that those were the rules. At 23:00 on 06-10-2025, the choice seemed to be sleeping outside or in the car. I had no cash, but I did have a card. They wouldn’t accept it, and I’m not going back.
