Sa Domo De Mannoi

The owners of Sa Domo de Mannoi, a woman and her husband, were very kind, polite, and helpful throughout my ten-day stay. They did all they could to make things comfortable. The beach house was clean and well maintained, tastefully furnished, and everything worked flawlessly. At least 70-80 square meters, it was one of the largest beach houses I’ve stayed in. It has four air conditioners across five rooms and is a ten-minute walk from the town center. P.S. If you’re looking for Orosei, come to Sa DOMO DE MANNOI.

For the off-season, this apartment was expensive and poorly maintained. At check-in and check-out, nobody came to do an inventory or collect the tourist tax, which makes it easy to accuse guests of dishonesty. I left the tax on the table when we departed, and the apartment was locked. See the photo.

The terrace was unusable because of the noise: construction started as early as 6 a.m., even Sundays, neighbors were loud at all hours, dogs barked from every direction, and there were cats, pigeons, and loud traffic. The property was neglected, with a large hole in the driveway between the gate and the house. There are no German channels on the TV and no coffee machine. The landlord doesn’t seem to care and doesn’t understand you; collecting taxes appears to be his only concern. I’d strongly advise against a holiday here, especially since it seems he values long-term rentals more.

We spent a fantastic 15 days here. The apartment was clean, very well kept, and equipped excellently, while the owners were kind and helpful. The photos accurately show its condition. Recommended!
