The hotel has a beautiful view and a great location. Breakfast, though, included quite a few cakes and other items from the day before, which we recognized. The lobby staff were polite, but didn't offer much help. They wouldn't assist with booking a restaurant within the same hotel group, and sent us with our luggage to another office to return the keys, even though we'd already paid. Reception and the checkout process could be better.

10/10
The hotel is cozy and modern, right in the middle of everything, and breakfast was amazing. There was a local market that day, which made for a perfect Italian setting. Having a parking lot is convenient, though you still have to walk a kilometer to reach the hotel.

We were very sorry we came and paid so much for this hotel. The service was terrible. We had to ask for towels and coffee, and there was no separate shower room. The room had only glass around the shower. I wouldn't recommend it.

2/10
The breakfast was good, but the rest felt like a tourist trap. The room was tacky, the view partly blocked, and it wasn't exactly dirty, but it wasn't clean either.

Breakfast was good, though a little pricey. Wi-Fi only reaches the ground floor.
