I was extremely disappointed with my Airbnb booking. During my stay, the host suspected me of credit card fraud and reported me to the military police. The accusation felt baseless and irresponsible, seriously disrupting my trip and leaving me deeply aggrieved. I had to spend an extra half-day communicating with the host, which was very distressing when every moment of travel felt precious. My trip had been arranged through a travel agency, a common way to book globally. Using an agency does not necessarily mean a credit card has been used fraudulently. The host may have misunderstood the bank card use, but that should not become an unjust accusation. I feel this violates Airbnb's principles and seriously infringes on a guest's dignity and personhood. I hope the host understands that agency bookings are normal and avoids unnecessary suspicion and accusations. For future guests, I suggest the host handle similar situations more carefully to prevent unpleasant experiences. I hope this feedback prompts reflection and better service.

You wasted our time. To this “owner who feels unresponsive”: there was nothing wrong with the travel agency's credit card. You were the only one who raised suspicions, and you lied by saying the bank required the front and back of the card. In reality, you violated our rights. You had no right to ask for the back, since that's the side with the security code. Why should this be our problem? The service is included. You ignored our schedule, called us multiple times, and took us to the police station. The travel agency then covered the front and back of the card before the matter was fully resolved, but you were still aggressive. It seems like you're not fit to run a hotel.

The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Ortisei. It's beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with large, comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The stube in the living room is a real treat. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

The whole family gave us a warm welcome, kids included! Inside, the apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and superbly equipped. It feels like home, only with a view of the Dolomites!

The room was quiet and spotless, and stepping out onto the balcony gave us a stunning view.
