Laura is so welcoming and kind. This is a lovely rural place, with a nice pool for swimming and relaxing. It’s about 10 minutes from Orvieto, and there are plenty of typical places to eat nearby. A very nice B&B for a weekend or even a week.

I slept really well in this cozy room, which looks out over the countryside. The hostess was kind, and she was very thorough about cleaning both the room and bathroom.

The room and bathroom were very clean and well cared for. The hostess was friendly and kind, and the place sits between Orvieto and Bolsena in a quiet, green setting.

Parking in the courtyard was convenient, and the place works well if you want to stay outside Orvieto's center and ride in by motorbike. It’s 10 km from central Orvieto and 13 km from Bolsena, on a fairly busy regional road. There are two inns within a five-minute walk, one below and another nearby, both serving excellent local produce. Our host was very kind, and the room was clean and well maintained. It’s on the second floor, so the two flights of stairs are a little awkward, especially with luggage. You can unfortunately hear passing cars at night.
