Bed Breakfast La Casa del Frenz

We stayed for one night around the start of autumn. The room was OK, but the heating hadn't been turned on before we arrived, so it felt cold and damp. When I asked the host to turn it on, she didn't seem pleased. There were bed covers available, which seemed to be the alternative. The extra pillows weren't very clean and had no protectors. The small kitchen wasn't well equipped, with only a microwave and very little crockery or cutlery. The rubbish bins under the sink were full when we arrived, and there were dirty cups in the sink even though no other guests were there that night. The room itself was clean, but the shower could have been cleaner. Breakfast was OK and the host was nice, but I found the place overrated. Just average.

We had a very pleasant stay with our pets. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it, and we'd definitely come back if we get the chance!

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was lovely and really clean. The shared bathroom was completely fine. It’s just a three-minute drive from Orvieto, a great base for seeing beautiful Umbria. The hosts were so friendly and kind. We’d love to come back soon.

The owners made us feel at home straight away, like we were visiting friends. The apartment was spotless and very well cared for, with a large bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge had yogurt, fruit, and cold cuts, and there was a coffee maker for cappuccino, coffee, and milk, plus a selection of snacks, all included. Highly recommend it.
