Casa Vacanza La Piazza

It’s hard to find much to fault here, especially at such a reasonable price, and we’ll certainly return. The house is right in the historic heart of charming Orvinio, so the narrow lanes are just outside the door. From the lovely terrace you can see the arch’s magnificent clock and the rooftops. Inside, it’s tastefully furnished with quality materials and has all the comforts: the fireplace doesn’t smoke, there’s efficient heating and top-quality air conditioning, a TV in every room, excellent wifi, and good fixtures. There are also long tables for big groups. One small suggestion for the owner: the kitchen could use a few more utensils, such as another cutting board, a bread knife, knives for chopping vegetables, and a large frying pan. It’s a bit odd that these useful basics, costing around 50 euros in total, are missing when the rest is so well equipped.
