Abbadia 14

We had a good breakfast and found the price excellent. Our triple room was spacious and spotless, with its own bathroom and a balcony looking out over the hills. The place was very quiet, away from the noise but close to the best-known beaches around Conero and the nearby villages. There’s uncovered parking in the private courtyard. The owner was friendly and helpful, and welcomed us when we arrived and said goodbye when we left. We stayed two nights and would recommend it.

We spent a week at Abbadia 14 in early August and came away with a positive impression. The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was something you prepared yourself in the apartment kitchen, with everything provided by the owner, including her very good homemade desserts. We also appreciated having our own fridge for our things. Both owners were friendly and happy to share advice about Osimo, while giving us plenty of space. There’s a lovely garden and gazebo, too. Osimo surprised us in a good way, it’s a really interesting village. The location worked well for us because we wanted to mix inland trips with time at the seaside. It may be less convenient if you’re only after the beach, unless you plan to try a different one each day, which makes sense in an area with so many lovely beaches. The coast and some beautiful Marche villages are about 15-20 minutes away. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. Cristina

Simona and Franco are warm and welcoming, and Simona’s breakfast is full of homemade treats like cakes and jams. We had a really relaxing break in the Abbadia hills at this charming B&B. We’d recommend it and would stay again if we’re in the area. Lorenza and Maurizio

We spent 12 nights here in July, just the two of us. The apartment was very well kept, with a pretty garden and a charming spot overlooking the surrounding hills.
