B&Bio la casa di Giò

B&Bio La Casa di Gio has a cozy, creative interior and a really welcoming feel. Giovanni is relaxed and warmhearted, and he makes sure you're comfortable during your stay. The Adriatic Sea and the main port of Ancona are just a 10-minute drive away, while the main station is only a few steps from the B&B. Highly recommended!

The host was attentive to every need, always available and happy to offer advice. There are supermarkets just steps away, fresh fruit right outside, and the bus and train stations make it easy to get around. The room was immaculate and completely quiet, with all the amenities you need, even though it feels like you're in the countryside. Every detail has been thought through. The Dama Bianca and Mille Miglia rooms take inspiration from the Giro d'Italia and tell a wonderful love story. It was fantastic to be part of it. Highly recommended.

Giovanni’s enthusiasm really adds to the stay. He takes time to explain the house so you can make the most of it. B&B La Casa di Giò is a welcoming place with thoughtful furnishings and plenty of comforts. It’s in Osimo Stazione on a fairly busy road, with shops and bars close by. A handy base for the inland area too, and the main beaches are about a 15-minute drive.

We spent six nights at Giovanni's La Dama Bianca, and his local advice made getting around during the August rush much easier. He suggested places to see and eat as soon as we arrived. The property was spotless and clearly looked after with care. You can feel his connection to the area and his green-minded approach in all the little details. It works for a short visit or a longer stay around Conero. And breakfast at Da Mary is a great stop before the beach or a day out.
