The owners were friendly and really knowledgeable, happy to talk about the area or just about anything, and they spoke several languages. We loved the place and will come back. Our room was comfortable, with lovely views across the valleys and hills, and breakfast was great. It's a perfect base for seeing Osimo and this beautiful area.

It's handy for all the attractions in Osimo, and the hotel is clean, though it feels dated. Two women run the front desk. One is really friendly and helpful, while the other is the complete opposite. w

I've stayed here for years, starting in 2008, and even after long gaps between visits they still recognize me. It's a family-run place, clean and very affordable. Breakfast is coffee and a croissant.

The location is okay, and the hotel is decent and clean. Breakfast was a letdown.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean, with A/C. Breakfast was adequate and served well given the circumstances.
