The self check-in was a standout for me. After booking, they sent detailed directions and a clear VDC video showing how to get in, so I could enter right away without waiting for a receptionist or dealing with keys. It was smooth and stress-free. I stayed in the MIRRA room on the first floor at Villa Fenix Osio Sotto in Rio Isolo, Italy. The apartment villa felt more like a cozy home than a rental, was very clean, and had greenery all around it. My private balcony looked over the garden, and the quiet morning air was lovely. It's near the main road, but the place itself wasn't noisy. Local restaurants and a supermarket were an easy walk away, which made getting around simple. For a clean, comfortable stay with this kind of independence near Osio Sotto, I'd book Villa Fenix Osio Sotto again.

The downstairs kitchen was a nice touch, with tea, coffee, a box of sweets, and other little treats available. The woman I met spoke only Italian, but we managed to understand each other, and she was very nice. Still, several things could be better for this price. We had to pay 8€ per day or night to park in front of the villa, which disappointed me since it was their own parking lot; there’s another lot by the hospital about 200m away for the same price. Entry to the building depends entirely on having a phone to receive and use a code, so bring a charger. The bedding didn't seem ventilated at all, which was uncomfortable for me as someone with allergies. The walls were chipped, and the charger sockets weren't secure in the wall. I'm not especially demanding and wasn't completely dissatisfied, but I expected more given the price.
