The lack of privacy was the biggest issue for me. The house sits below nearby buildings, so people can look into the garden and hear or see you there. The sea view is mostly blocked by the white and blue building across the street. The B&B itself is small, nicely furnished, very clean and well cared for, with WiFi and a huge garden terrace. There’s no parking on via delle Rose, so finding a spot takes patience. The beach isn’t far, but getting to the main road means tackling a long flight of stairs. I wouldn’t recommend it for older guests or anyone with mobility problems.
