The brothers Mateo are what make Hotel Pizzeria Niagara feel so welcoming. They greeted us sincerely, treated us like friends, and took care over the details. Their hospitality felt warm and natural, and left us wanting to return. Thank you, Mateo brothers, for everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully managed. Everything feels simple and well organized, a comfortable place to come back to after a long drive or a day on the slopes. It feels like a little corner of Italy where you’re appreciated and looked after. And the pizza stays in your mind long after you leave. The ingredients are fresh, the dough has a lovely soft and crisp balance, and you can taste the care in the kitchen. We stopped for lunch on our trip and found a comfortable, welcoming restaurant that was clean and had a tasty menu. The vegetable pizza and tuna calzone we ordered were both delicious. A very good find.

We went back four times in one week because the pizza was so good and the prices unbelievably low. It gets very busy, but they always made room for us. The conservatory at the back of the main dining room is cooler and quieter. The gelatin is excellent too, and so inexpensive.

I usually get Niagara's pizzas to take away, but this time I ate lunch in the restaurant. The pizzas are great and made with top quality ingredients. I’ll forgive the ham and pineapple pizza because the imperatrice and the other pizzas I tried were delicious. Maybe I’ll try the pineapple one someday, just not anytime soon.
