Francesco was so helpful and informative, and even offered to book dinner for us. As typical Americans who only speak English, we really appreciated that he speaks it fluently. We're glad we rented this Villa, and if you're looking in the Ostra area, it's an exceptional property. We stayed in two of his 3 Villas, and both worked great for us because they were single-story and had no steps. Each had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was better than we could have asked for, with Francesco going above and beyond to help us.

We had a wonderful time with friends by the pool. The place is set amid the green hills of the Marche, and the welcome was lovely. A great spot to relax and recharge, especially if that's what you need.
