The location is ideal, right at the edge of the center, and there was almost always parking in the square by Caffe Pink Lady. We stayed eight days in the height of summer. The beds were comfortable, and there was a reasonable amount of space. Two rooftop terraces were a nice bonus: one has a lovely town view for an evening drink, while the other is shaded in the morning and works well for breakfast. The main issue is the room with the bunk bed, which has no air conditioning and gets very warm. It worked for the three of us, with one person on the sofa bed, but in summer that bunk-bed room would be too uncomfortable. Larger groups over four could struggle. It suited us, though it may not suit everyone, for example older guests.

The host was lovely, quick to answer messages, and gave us detailed information. The terrace is beautiful and the location is central. Pillows and towels were good too. But the apartment itself wasn’t comfortable: the bed was tiny, the sofa poor, the stairs felt dangerous, and there wasn’t enough clothing storage. It was cold and damp, with icy floors, so bring slippers. The kitchen was missing basics like a knife and bottle opener. Parking was a hassle. We visited in December and always found a space, but it’s best to budget for paid parking.

I stayed at one of the Ostuni properties managed by Antonella and her team in October 24. We had a problem that wasn’t the agency’s fault, and she dealt with it quickly, fairly, and with real sensitivity. Communication was excellent throughout, always courteous and professional. I’d highly recommend Antonella and the team.

There’s a lower balcony that’s lovely for breakfast, and a rooftop balcony with views across the roofs of Ostuni. The apartment itself is beautiful and right in the center. The owner was very helpful and could arrange whatever we needed. Here are some pictures of the balconies, the interior stairs, and Ostuni.
