Bibi Apartments

Beautiful.

We inspected the place as soon as we arrived, saw how run-down it was, demanded a refund, and left. The apartment was so dirty that I had to call the NAS. There was hair everywhere, including in the bed and shower. The induction hob was greasy, and the freezer had ice cream left by previous guests, some of it half-open. There was sand in the Jacuzzi, an old toilet paper roll behind the toilet, and an air conditioner that I don’t think had ever been cleaned or dusted, essentially because of Salmonella. There was much more too, and photos below show it better than any comment could. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, cute furnishings, Jacuzzi, or location. Any place can be made to look beautiful, even if it’s seemingly nonexistent, but without cleanliness everything falls apart. The apartment is rented to an agency that reserves apartments and rooms in Ostuni, which to me means they don’t look after the premises and just pocket the profit.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean and welcoming. The hydromassage tub is the real highlight. An ideal place for a romantic weekend and complete relaxation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Everything you need is there, including kitchen utensils, linens, and a TV. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with a relaxing hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean. In short, it has every comfort.
