It's tucked into a dead-end street, so the location is central but away from the bustle. The property is very well maintained and worth a stay.

Two great restaurants are right across the street, and you can walk to everything. The landlord was very friendly and replied to our messages right away. The agency managing the apartment was also friendly and helpful. We told them about the issues, and it would really benefit from some renovation. As for those problems, the apartment smelled damp and moldy, with a plug-in air freshener masking the smell. There was mold in the refrigerator and in the upstairs second bathroom, where the toilet was also uncleaned. Very disappointing 🙏 Getting there by car is very difficult because the apartment is right in the city center. It's a good option for a short trip with light luggage, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues or older guests. There are too many steep stairs over three floors.
