There was nobody on site to help with any of the problems, and the owner was shut away and wouldn't listen to complaints. We had booked two apartments for Easter with a group of friends, and they were apparently supposed to be ready when we arrived. Instead, the opening after the summer closure seemed improvised, as though they'd simply unlocked the door. The online photos of the residence looked at least 20 years old, and the place was completely different. Nothing had been cleaned: blankets were piled untidily in the closets, the sheets smelled, the towels were old, and the kitchen was filthy. One bathroom had a tiny sink and a broken toilet seat, and the remote controls had dead batteries. An awful experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

The website photos made this look like a different place, and there was no maintenance to speak of. The pool was empty, the shower flooded the whole bathroom, and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The sheets seemed reused, which was really shameful. There were different kinds of insects in the kitchen, which also had no gas. The TV didn't work, a window was broken, and the front door was hard to open and unusable. A truly terrible stay that I wouldn't repeat.

Our week here is nearly over, and we've had a great time. The residence is welcoming and well placed for getting to all the beaches around the area. Marilena has been so kind and always ready to help with our requests. Thanks for everything, see you soon 😚😚

The price just doesn't match what you get. The pool was okay, but the sun loungers had broken parasols and the outdoor areas were poorly looked after. We stayed here with friends for a weekend because it was one of the few places still available nearby. The photos made it look welcoming and well maintained, but the apartment was dirty and short on basics. For eight people, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, and it had already been used. We had to take the bed frames and mattresses out of a closet and set them up ourselves, and they were covered in dust. Linens weren't provided, so we brought our own from home.
