On arrival, the property looked clean and tidy. I was there for one night with my partner and daughter while we were on vacation. About half an hour in, we found there was no hot water. We called the person in charge, who explained how to unblock the boiler. After dinner, it had blocked again and the room was cold. We reported the problem but were told it was too late to do anything. I spent the night repeatedly unblocking the boiler so my 11-month-old daughter wouldn’t be left in the cold. What excellent organization.
