The service was lovely, and the small pool was nice. The rooms were clean, though smaller than I expected. The setting isn’t ideal, with a noisy railway right next door. At 200 euros a night, it feels far too expensive.

A really clean place with nice service, set among Ostuni’s fantastic olive groves. The garden and pool are beautiful, and it’s very quiet.

The gardens have a small pool by a porch, with fruit trees including black cherries, apricots, and white mulberries. Around the renovated stone building, which has been divided into four small apartments, there are olive groves with both young trees and impressive old ones. It’s a beautiful setting. There are some drawbacks. The property is beside the Adriatica railway line and very close to Ostuni station, so you can clearly hear the trains. You’ll need to bring in bottled water for cooking and brushing your teeth, as there’s no drinking water. Cleanliness could be better, especially with the kitchen utensils, and the amenities are a little sparse.

The garden is gorgeous, with a neatly kept lawn and a pool with a whirlpool. The place itself is charming and well maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent. The "Fabiana" staff were so kind and always available. A lovely choice for a relaxing stay, and good for children too.
