Dama Bianca Boutique Hotel Ostuni

The staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed. This quaint, comfortable hotel sits right in the heart of La Citta Bianca "The White City", giving you a peaceful place to come back to while exploring Ostuni's history and culture. It has that real Ostuni feel. Thank you :)

Reception was tucked away in one of the alleys, so I had some trouble finding it at first. One of the young staff members came out to meet me on the street and show me the way. A clearer description of how to find Reception and check in would help. The rooms and apartments are scattered through the alleys of Ostuni Old Town, each with its own character. Mine felt boutique-like, the bed was very comfortable, housekeeping came every day, and breakfast had a large buffet selection. The location, comfort, atmosphere, and hospitality were all great. I highly recommend staying here.

This was probably one of my favorite places we stayed on the trip. The staff were more hospitable than at any 4 star hotel I've stayed in, and went above and beyond. The location is a little confusing if you're not used to the narrow streets of an Italian town, but once you find the main reception area it's easy. I'd recommend calling ahead for directions. After a hot day walking around, the hot tub was exactly what I needed. I'd give the stay an even higher rating if I could!!

The main square is only a few minutes away on foot, and it was a great experience to visit. Our room had lovely, unusual touches, and we enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was self-serve and very limited, with little value for the price. More choice and availability would have helped.
