The money seemed to be the only thing that mattered in our conversation, which felt deeply insensitive. We had to cancel after a death in our family. We knew the booking was non-refundable, but contacted the host in good faith to see if we could find a solution. She refused, saying Airbnb would penalize her. We explained that Airbnb had offered an option with no penalty for either of us, but she still wouldn't work with us. There wasn't any sympathy, not even a brief condolence. The whole exchange felt transactional and far from hospitable.

The grounds are so carefully looked after, and it was a calm spot away from the city. The pool was perfect, and the host was very kind. We loved this sweet little holiday house and only wished we could have stayed longer.

A peaceful, comfortable place with plenty of privacy. The owner was easy to reach and lovely to deal with. I really recommend it!

Tamara was a great host, and we really loved staying here. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the equipment we needed. Each one has its own patio or garden, plus there's a shared garden with a pool.
