There was no hot water, and birds in the attic kept us awake at night. The apartment also looked nothing like the listing photos: we booked two single beds but got one double bedroom and a sofa bed, both the bed and sofa were very old. The street was noisy, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock, so there was no privacy. I wouldn't recommend it.

The couch was filthy, and the place was lacking in hygiene and cleanliness. We stayed three nights, and the bathroom had no proper shower, so water flooded the whole room. The air conditioning didn't work either, and we had to make do with a fan. Even primitive people wouldn't have lived like this. I strongly advise against staying here, it isn't an experience I'd repeat.

We found tissues under the bed and remnants of a medicine vial on the nightstand as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was dirty and dilapidated, the place had a strong musty smell, and the advertised amenities weren't there. The property was bare, with poorly maintained furnishings, and didn't match the description on Booking.com. The price was far too high. Luckily we stayed just one night, since a longer stay would have been impossible. Highly not recommended.

The shower wouldn't shut properly and flooded the bathroom. The mezzanine where the double bed was got so hot that sleeping there was impossible, even with the air conditioning on. It's a studio apartment, and the price was too high, especially with the extra €10 cleaning fee.

Caserta is a nice, very clean hotel, but the bedroom is up on a mezzanine where the air conditioning doesn't reach, making sleep impossible. We had to open the sofa bed and sleep underneath it in the kitchen. The price is too high.
